Group psilocybin sessions
Your own journey, held in community
Preparation, administration, and integration alongside a small group walking a similar path, within Colorado’s regulated Natural Medicine framework.
Small by design
Held by a facilitator, and by each other
Group sessions bring four to six participants together for preparation, administration, and integration. You prepare together, share the administration session in the same space, and gather afterward to begin making sense of it.
The experience itself is still your own. What the group adds is company: people who chose to be here for their own reasons, and who understand what the day asked of you.
Every participant completes the same medical clearance we require for individual work. One to two clinical facilitators support the group throughout.

Is this the right fit?

People choose a group for different reasons
- You want a judgment-free space where no one needs to explain or perform.
- You’ve wondered if you’re the only one carrying what you carry, and you’d like to see that you’re not.
- You’re open to the deep human connection that often forms when people go through something meaningful together.
- You already have a group that wants to journey together, on a date set aside for you.
- You want the structure of fixed dates and a clear beginning, middle, and end: preparation, the experience, and integration.
Whether psilocybin services are appropriate for you is a clinical determination. We make it together, and we’ll tell you if this isn’t the right path, or if individual work would serve you better.

Some people want company. Sitting in a room with others who are doing their own work can make what you carry feel less singular, and hearing someone else’s story often makes people feel less alone. Some people feel a strong connection during the session itself. Others find it in the conversations before and after. Connection is a possibility here, not a requirement.
This is normal and completely understandable. This is what group preparation is for. You meet the group and the facilitators, ask your questions, and get a feel for the room before the day itself. You don’t have to feel close to anyone, connection can build slowly, and you set your own boundaries the whole way through.
No. In preparation and integration, you share what is comfortable to you.
We ask every participant to keep what others share inside the group, and we go over those expectations in your individual preparation and again in group preparation. Our facilitators follow applicable privacy requirements and we request that all participants, while not legally obligated, respect the privacy of others by keeping the experience within the space it is held.
Our facilitators are right there with you, ready to support. Psilocybin can change perception, thinking, emotion, and your sense of self for a while. Fear, confusion, strong feelings, or an unexpected memory can come up. If they do, tell a facilitator. You don’t have to make sense of anything in the moment, and you don’t have to react any particular way. We can’t promise the day will always feel comfortable or predictable. In preparation, we’ll talk through your history and the kind of support you’d want.
You don’t need to explain it well. “I’m uncomfortable” or “I need support” is enough. You’re not responsible for anyone else’s experience, and you can bring a concern to a facilitator privately. Before the session, we’ll talk through how to reach us.
There’s no right way to go about the experience. Some people are expressive and some are quiet. Some see vivid imagery, and others notice something subtler. Be kind to yourself - You don’t owe anyone a breakthrough. A session that felt ordinary or confusing can still be worked with in integration.
Nerves don’t mean something is wrong, in fact, they can be normal. Say what you’re worried about, ask questions, and talk with your provider privately. You don’t have to settle every uncertainty before you decide. Participation is voluntary, and you’re entitled to clear information about the process, the risks, the alternatives, and your choices around consent. Your individual preparation meeting is a good time to ask about the room, the music, eye masks, communication, and privacy.
Integration is time to look at what stood out, what was hard, and what you want to take with you. You can do that on your own, with the group, or both. Your provider will help you determine appropriate follow-up support.
