Individual sessions are the most personal way to work with us. You are paired with one facilitator, and the whole arc is private and paced to you: preparation matched to what you need, space to explore what matters most to you, and support in carrying it into daily life afterward.

Nothing is shared with a group. Nothing runs on anyone else’s calendar. The time is yours.

The healing journey

Five phases, one facilitator beside you

Phase 1AssessmentA medical clearance visit with a licensed medical provider, virtual or on-site. We review your health history, medications, and supplements.
Phase 2PreparationYou meet your facilitator and begin building trust. Together you set intentions and talk through what to expect. You’ll have one or three preparation sessions, depending on your path.
Phase 3Guided administration sessionIn person at our Fort Collins center, about six hours, with your facilitator supporting your needs the entire time. You may not drive afterward, so plan for a ride home and support that evening.
Phase 4IntegrationOne or three sessions to make sense of the experience and apply what you learned. Integration can be virtual when appropriate.
Phase 5Long-term supportOngoing access to our multidisciplinary team is available through The Wholeness Center.

The Sequence is our most comprehensive experience: ketamine, then psilocybin, then ketamine again, so integration begins while the experience is still fresh.
