Where we go
Retreats for stillness
The setting is beautiful, but the care is what sets us apart: small groups, a team beside you throughout, and practices you carry home.
Three destinations

The Rockies
Step away from familiar surroundings into a small-group retreat guided by our clinical team from preparation through medicine sessions and into integration. The Rockies hold the space, and the skills you build here go home with you.

Real clients, real results
Testimonial 01 of 15
The Costa Rica retreat was truly life-changing and one of the most influential and meaningful weeks of my life. The environment, the practices, and the sense of connection created a space where real transformation felt possible.
What made it extraordinary was the Redimus team. Each provider brought something essential: wisdom, presence, warmth, and a genuine commitment to helping every person feel supported and seen. Their guidance and care shaped the entire experience and made it not just restorative, but unforgettable. I left with a deeper sense of clarity, alignment, and gratitude. The work they do, and the way they do it, made all the difference.
