What the Week Looks Like
A Redimus Retreat is made for people who need intentional time away from daily pressure and are curious about exploring psychedelic-assisted work in a structured, supported setting. Throughout your experience you’ll have room to slow down, look inward, and reconnect with what matters to you. The goal is simple: carry what you learn back into everyday life.
Your stay includes:
Seven nights in a beautiful retreat setting designed for rest, reflection, and connection
Three nourishing meals a day built around fresh, local, plant-based Costa Rican cuisine
Ground transportation between Liberia Airport and the retreat on arrival and departure days
A guided group excursion
Workshops on personality traits, values, self-discovery, nutrition, and stress-management skills
A daily yoga practice that ties body and mind together, helping you settle in, stay present, and carry insights through the week
A traditional sweat lodge and an Indigenous psilocybin journey
Up to two optional ketamine sessions, plus integration support, when medically appropriate

You’ll spend seven nights in Playa Negra with daily intentional movement through yoga, time with the group, guided workshops, plant-based meals, space for quiet reflection, and more. The schedule gives you enough structure to feel supported without feeling rushed, so you can stay present all week.
Your price covers lodging, all meals, airport transportation on the first and last days, a group excursion, and the workshop programming. Airfare, prescription medications, and optional spa treatments or excursions are not included and should be planned as separate expenses.
It’s entirely optional. Before the retreat, you’ll complete a medical clearance visit, either virtually or in person, included in your retreat price. If you’re cleared, you may take part in up to two sessions with integration support in a supervised group setting.
