Elizabeth Connor, PMHNP, NMIT

Liz is a natural medicine clinical facilitator and psychiatric nurse practitioner who works with individuals and groups, bringing a collaborative and integrative approach to her work. She is passionate about the potential of natural and psychedelic medicines to support deeper self-understanding, meaningful connection, and personal growth when supported within a thoughtful therapeutic setting.

With experience in innovative psychiatric care, group therapy, ketamine treatment, psychedelic therapy, and integrative mental health services, Liz brings a broad perspective to her work. She considers the many dimensions that shape well-being, including the mind, body, relationships, community, and connection with nature.

Liz is particularly drawn to the power of community and shared experience. In group and retreat settings, she creates an environment that encourages openness, connection, and reflection while honoring each participant’s individual process. Her approach is compassionate, inclusive, and grounded in the belief that there is no single path to mental wellness.

Through her work with natural medicines, Liz is interested in helping individuals explore new perspectives, deepen their awareness, and engage more actively in their own healing and growth. She brings a warm, collaborative presence to the therapeutic process and values the role of connection, community, and intentional space in supporting meaningful change.
