Sarah Martin, PA-C, C-IAYT, NMIT

Sarah is a fellowship-trained integrative medicine practitioner, yoga therapist and natural medicine clinical facilitator who brings a whole-person, deeply relational approach to her work. She has extensive experience supporting people through complex health journeys, with a focus on understanding the underlying factors that influence well-being and supporting nervous system regulation, sustainable lifestyle practices, and emotional health.

Sarah believes that connection, compassion, and presence are essential to healing. Her work extends beyond individual care into groups, retreats, and educational workshops, where she brings together evidence-based medicine, community, ritual, and experiential learning. She also leads Chronic Pain and Yoga Therapy classes, incorporating an embodied approach that helps people develop greater awareness and connection with themselves.

Her integrative perspective is shaped by years of developing interdisciplinary programs and working with people navigating complex and interconnected health concerns. Sarah is particularly interested in the relationship between physical health, emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and inner experience, creating space for people to slow down, reconnect, and explore what supports their own healing.

Sarah brings this same whole-person perspective to her work with natural medicines, valuing thoughtful preparation, connection, and intentional space for reflection and exploration. She is passionate about creating environments where people can engage with their experiences in a grounded and supportive way.

Across her work, Sarah brings warmth, curiosity, and deep respect for each person’s individual process. Whether working individually, in groups, or in retreat settings, she creates supportive spaces where people can connect, reflect, and engage more fully with their own healing and wholeness.
