Jess Fear, LPC, LAC, NMCF
Jess is a natural medicine clinical facilitator and psychotherapist who brings a calm, grounded, and attuned presence to their work with individuals and groups. Their approach integrates somatic awareness, mindfulness, Internal Family Systems-informed work, DBT-informed skills, harm reduction, and natural medicine to support nervous system regulation, meaningful integration, and lasting change.
Specializing in trauma-informed care and substance use disorders, Jess supports people across the spectrum of recovery with dignity, compassion, and respect. They are particularly committed to working with individuals who have felt misunderstood or pathologized within traditional systems, including LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent communities. As a certified Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator in Ketamine- and Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy, Jess brings thoughtful preparation, steady support, and intentional integration to their work with natural medicines.
With a background in teaching psychology and training clinical and addiction counseling professionals, Jess brings both clinical knowledge and relational depth to their facilitation. They are passionate about the potential of psychedelic and natural medicines to create opportunities for greater self-awareness, healing, and reconnection, while emphasizing the importance of preparation, safety, and integration.
Jess creates spaces where participants can slow down, feel supported, and explore their experiences with greater awareness, self-compassion, and curiosity. Their work is grounded in the belief that healing is deeply personal and that people benefit from being met with respect, openness, and an understanding of their individual experiences.
Across their work, Jess is committed to creating an environment where people feel seen, respected, and supported as they navigate their own process of healing, growth, and reconnection.
