Elizabeth Piazza-Bonin, PhD, NMIT

Dr. Beth is a clinical psychologist and natural medicine clinical facilitator who brings a compassionate, integrative approach to her work with individuals and groups. She is particularly passionate about supporting people who are seeking greater purpose and meaning in their lives and exploring the role of spirituality, connection, and self-understanding in healing and personal growth.

Her therapeutic approach draws heavily from Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping individuals reconnect with their wisest and most authentic selves while approaching difficult experiences with greater compassion and courage. She also brings extensive training in evidence-based approaches to trauma, PTSD, depression, and anxiety, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE).

Dr. Beth has completed postgraduate psychedelic training through CIIS, MAPS, PRATI, and Fluence and provides ketamine-assisted psychotherapy. She is deeply interested in the potential of psychedelic and natural medicines to support meaningful insight, healing, and reconnection, particularly when these experiences are held within a thoughtful therapeutic framework.

Dr. Beth received her PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Memphis and completed her training at the Denver VA Medical Center, where she later worked as a VA psychologist and on the PTSD clinical team. She has also contributed to peer-reviewed research and remains engaged in the evolving field of psychedelic-assisted care.

Across her work, Dr. Beth brings warmth, curiosity, and a deep respect for each person’s individual process. She creates space for meaningful exploration and connection while honoring the belief that people possess an innate capacity for healing, growth, and a greater sense of wholeness.
